NDIS support is available

We have rigorous, exciting and fun exercise programs tailored to teens aged 12 to 17.
It’s social interaction, health and wellbeing in just a few hours.

We also provide Exercise Physiology to focus on fine and gross motor skills, body coordination, posture and muscles.

What’s Included:

Individual support

We pair every participant with a mentor during our group exercise programs. This ensures each participant is able to socialise with others while also getting the focused attention they need.

Fun exercises and sports

Our exercises are chosen to best provide each participant with the best health outcomes. From basketball and soccer, to swimming and hockey - we do it all!

Free transport

We understand your life is busy and may have difficulties going to and from our programs. For eligible areas, we can provide free transport service. To find out if you’re eligible, see our locations list or contact us.
